General Refund, Exchange, and Warranty Policies and Procedures
Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange on products due to manufacturing defects only. Prior to returning your product, please call Customer Service at 425-562-7277 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within 30 days of purchase date.
Returns with an RMA number can be sent to:

International Orders
International orders are shipped in the most efficient manner to ensure a timely delivery. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, please expect a delivery time of 14 to 20 business days after your order is placed.
International orders cannot be expedited. Awareness Engineering, and Mary Lee LaBay, are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the package(s), including amounts charged by Customs or a native courier. Order Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to sales@awarenessengineering.com or contact our Customer Service Department at 425-562-7277.
Email cancellations must contain the following: first and last name of the purchaser, date of order, order number, contact telephone number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. We will contact you if there are any questions regarding your cancelled order.
If time allows, every effort will be made to cancel your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that your cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Shipping Costs
For returns, exchanges, or warranty issues, the customer assumes the costs related to shipping the unit(s) to us, and we will assume the cost in shipping the unit(s) back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
