Class Information
Saturday:
Experience and practice techniques of induction into relaxing and focused states of hypnosis, plus use the powerful techniques of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The results of using these techniques include rapid, effective change and healing. You will be introduced to a variety of induction and emerging techniques, plus the NLP technique called ‘secondary gains.’ This simple, yet effective set of questions in this protocol will lead you to discover the basis of self-sabotage, compulsive behaviors and other motivators. The seminar will include lecture, demonstrations, and plenty of time to practice with classmates. Anyone can use these tools for self-care, and healthcare professionals can use them with their patients. No prior experience with hypnosis necessary. Take only the Saturday seminar, or expand on your skills by also enrolling in Sunday’s session.
- Upon completion of Saturday’s seminar you will be able to:
- Demonstrate two methods for induction of hypnosis.
- Bring myself or a client safely out of hypnosis.
- Identify when to use secondary gains on myself or others.
- Demonstrate the technique of secondary gains on my own issues or for others.
- Facilitate a session with a partner using a combination of hypnosis induction and emerging, and secondary gains.

Then observe and practice the NLP technique called ‘parts therapy’ which allows you to resolve indecision, confusion and blocks to positive goal achievement.
